On occasion, lighthouses around the country benefit from some additional teamwork and experience from a broader platform outside a state or local community, to help with technical advice or raise the level of the public’s awareness for the plight of a particular lighthouse effort.
When the opportunity to help presents itself, the American Lighthouse Foundation has proven the organization can be counted upon to lend a helping hand. From helping advocate for critical preservation measures at endangered light stations to sharing best practices and expertise with our fellow lighthouse friends around the country, the American Lighthouse Foundation takes great pride in assisting our nation’s lighthouse community wherever possible.
