See Matinicus Rock Light Aboard Special 8-Lighthouse Cruise

Enjoy a fun-filled cruise to see 8 lighthouses along Penobscot Bay and its outer reaches on Thursday, July 11th! The cruise will depart from Journey’s End Marina in Rockland at 10 am aboard the Matinicus Excursions vessel “Robin R.” We will return to the dock around 3:30 pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity to see eight lighthouses, some of which you can only see from the water. The list includes: Matinicus Rock, Saddleback Ledge, Heron Neck, Whitehead, Tenants Harbor, Two Bush, Owls Head and Rockland Breakwater.
American Lighthouse Foundation Historian and renowned lighthouse author Jeremy D’Entremont will provide historical narration.
This is a special limited ticket fundraising event (limited to 14), which makes it a perfect opportunity for photography — early reservations are encouraged!
